Presents Brainspotting OCD Model - Hope and Healing with Pie Frey, Psy.D.

Dr. Frey's model is based on “Chapter 6: Brain Lock Unlocked: Using Plasticity to Stop Worries, Obsessions, Compulsions, and Bad Habits” The Brain That Changes Itself Norman Doidge, MD Based on the work of Jeffrey M Schwartz, MD Brain Lock: Free Yourself from Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior and utilizes the healing principles of Brainspotting developed by Dr. David Grand.

Pie Frey, Psy.D., currently in private practice in Boulder, Colorado, has been a psychotherapist since 1982. Her specialized areas of treatment include trauma, addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injuries, school-based issues, and high functioning ASD. She has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in mental health settings, in adolescent treatment programs, and in private practice. She also has expertise in peak performance, mind-body issues, and spirituality. For almost 40 years, Dr. Frey has imparted her special skills as a therapist and her gentle woman-wisdom to thousands of people.

Pie is a much-loved leader of the Brainspotting community, a woman who tirelessly and generously shares her expertise, calm nature, humor, and mastery of Brainspotting therapy to all. Whether introduced to her through her trainings, or through personal sessions, those who have come to know her love her for her wonderful and special essence.
